Day 28: team building…us in OBS? @ Tuesday, October 12, 2010
Today special highlight of the day, teambuilding! Must be wondering whether we are in OBS right? The answer is a, no. we are still bounded in the four walls of our classrooms in WUST. Lessons for today are for us to build a paper bridge, with paper of course! Such things are very technical, requires deep thoughts and lengthy measurements, before we could make a perfect paper bridge out, which could have a long span and can withstand a weight load of at least 15 to 20 kilogram. However, we have a time limit, thus we are only able to make a brief but at the same time still workable paper bridge. Thus, explains the pictures.
Reflection:
Teambuilding can be in many forms. The interaction, which we had in class is filled with excitement and brings the boring lessons up to life. We will be debating about the various methods we should build the bridge, up to the very minute details. It will make it all the more fun and interesting. I could really feel the magical bond when our groups were thinking of how the structure of the bridge should be. When it finally came out, we would compete with other groups and see whose is better. The best group would f course be the one which is able to have the longest bridge and withstand the heaviest load.
