Day 12 chapter 2 (three gorges dam) @ Monday, September 27, 2010
Chapter 2 of the three gorges, and our destination is …… to the breakfast hall. We need our daily breakfast in order to carry on each day’s trip. Today’s adventure is “Bai Di Cheng”. This tourist attraction houses, sculptures of past generals, such as those in the three kingdoms; “ Liu Bei, Zhu Ge Lang” and also tablets that have poems that are being crafted on it.

When it comes to meals, we will sometimes nag and talk about the food that is being served up onto the table. We never have a second thought on how the food comes about; neither did we spare a thought for those people who are so poor around the world that they cannot even afford a bowl of proper rice. The Yi Chang fish are a favorite dish of the late Chairman Mao. Yet, I did not appreciate the dish. I tried to avoid eating such fishes, due to choking incidents that I met earlier on during the trip while trying that particular fish.
