Day 10- and still counting...... @ Thursday, September 23, 2010
Student: Is today a weekend?
Teacher: no. why do you ask whether it is a weekend or not?
Student: we do not have lessons today
=.=
Our timetable for today is …… free for the whole day. WOW isn’t it? Today really seems to be a free and easy day, as our work have been almost done and is just waiting to be presented. After doing so, we were free for the whole day.
Meals are out of the “ordinary” today. Firstly, we had lunch in our own rooms, as we ordered for deliver. It is from a vegetarian shop, which Han Hui and Yu haw recommended. True to what they said, the dishes were not a bit dull, in fact it tasted excellent. Good stuffs.
the box is actually made up of recyclable materials
a "new" restaurant that we tried out
Reflection:
Although we did not have our usually lessons today, however, there are always new things to be discovered somewhere; in someplace. For example, our class lit and flew the Kong Ming lantern, which the locals calls it the wishing lantern. The lantern, when originally developed, was intended specifically for military usage, designed as a makeshift aerial spying unit. Now, as technology has been advanced by at least ten fold, there is no need of such out-of-date equipment. Thus, it is more popular to be made and used for writing wishes and messages on it, then lit it up into the dark sky. It would be such a magnificent feat, if there were 20 or more lanterns being flew into the sky simultaneously.
